| I am a young professional, looking for a friendly and tidy person to share my apartment with.
You'd have your own room furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelve and bed table. The whole unit is renovated with new furniture and appliances including a LED TV, dish washer, microwave, Stove and oven, bbq and high speed broadband wifi.
We're well situated with only 3 mins walk to Meadowbank station, 25 mins train ride to the city and all basic essentials are available a short walk away at Meadowbank shopping village. There's also a large park a few minutes walk with the view of Parrammata river, great for an afternoon jog or a bike ride.
The rent is $190 per week (including all bills such as internet and electricity), I'd require two weeks bond and a minimum stay of 3 months.
