| Detailed Description |
| Looking for female house mate to share 3 bedroom town house with myself and my boyfriend who is in the RAAF. Basically just dont want to come home to an empty house when he is deployed over seas.
Were both 21, really easy going and keep ourselves pretty busy with work and other activities.
You would have your own bedroom with built in, as well as the whole main bathroom to yourself which is directly across from the bedroom as we have an ensuite in our bedroom.
The house is fully furnished and we have a washing machine and dryer but we dont mind if you want to bring your own furniture and your more then welcome to use whatever we have!
Unfortunatley there is only one parking space but there is plenty of parking available on the street. We are within walking distance of the main street in Richmond (coles is like a 5 min walk - train 10 min).
As my partner is defence we get our rent subsidised so we would discuss rent but it want be anymore then about 70 per week.
In regards to age we would like someone in there 20's!
