| Hi there,
I have a room available for rent in my apartment. The apartment is north facing, and is fully furnished. You would need to bring your own bedroom furniture. I also have a cleaner so any prospective person would need to share the cost of this.
The room has its own bathroom.
The apartment also has a balcony, separate laundry and a security entrance. It is close to Chapel Street, the tram and South Yarra station.
I work full time in financial services. Outside of work, I love to play sport and enjoy meeting new people. I also enjoy cooking, French, travel, and occasional downtime.
I am looking for a like minded person, someone clean and respectful, who has their own life, but who is happy to have a drink or brunch occasionally. No couch potatoes or drama queens please.
