| Hi,
I have a large room available for rent in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern Teneriffe townhouse from the 1st of December. The townhouse is mostly furnished (however, if you have a fridge, TV or some other bits and pieces, they would be more than welcome), has direct street access, air-conditioners and unlimited monthly internet with TPG ($30 each a month). Your room is quite large, a massive wardrobe, fan and sole use of the main bathroom.
A bit about me: I'm a 25 year old professional working female who loves a chat, a laugh and the occasional glass of wine. I also work away for a couple of days per month, so you would also get the place to yourself every now and again.
A bit about you: I'm looking for a clean and considerate housemate around a similar age who also enjoys a chat and a laugh over a glass of wine. |
