| 1 decent size room available in a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 toilet (1 bathroom) flat in Toorak. Close to Toorak village, tram lines, Hawksburn station and easy walk to South Yarra station and all of chapel street. Large lounge room with extra sofa bed, dining area and massive kitchen. Fully renovated, great condition. Central heating, wifi, etc etc. All you could need. I'm heading overseas so just wanting someone to move in and share with a french masters student studying business. Great location with so much around but in a super-quiet street. The room currently has a queen size bed, large study desk, little bookshelf, built-in robes and more space too. The apartment has plenty of storage too. Garage space underneath is unoccupied (unless Charles buys a car, which is unlikely). permits available for on-street parking too, and there are always spaces. Theres a storage room downstairs too which is basically empty. Queen Bed/study desk and bookshelf available to buy if interested. |
