| Detailed Description |
| I am currently seeking a housemate to share my two bedroom, two bathroom house in Sparkes Street, Chermside. The room will be available from 27 January 2014 until 17 August 2014. The house itself is situated in an excellent location and is only a five minute walk to Chermside Shopping Centre and of course has a number of bus stops within walking distance as well. The neighbours are elderly and generally keep to themselves.
I am a female in my mid 20’s involved I the aviation industry and work odd hours (shift/roster work). As such, I would prefer a fellow shift worker who understands the stresses this can cause! I am a quiet and friendly person and get along with most people. The house is fully furnished and ready for another tenant minus the bedroom being advertised. The bedroom had a built in robe and will easily accommodate a Queen sized bed and tall boy.
The room will cost $200 a week plus the usual gas and electricity every three months.
