I have recently had a room become available in my 2 bedroom unit in Coogee. It has the following features:
Double mirrored built in wardrobe
Medium - Large size easily fits queen bed
Balcony
Internal Laundry in the bathroom.
Nice large lounge room with L shape lounge
All blinds are going to be replaced with brand new ones as well as screens (otherwise the mozzies love to get in!) which is being done by my real estate agent in the next 2 weeks
Freshly painted throughout
Nice kitchen with dishwasher
Plenty of on street parking if you have a car
5 mins walk to Beach
Foxtel ($25 each per month atm)
A fortnightly cleaner ($30 each per fortnight – seriously – who wants to clean a toilet bowl)
About me:
I am almost 30 years old, work in sales and pretty much over my partying days (and the unit doesnt really allow much for partying or loud music as it echoes to the other units) So what I’m really looking for is someone who is:
VERY tidy in main parts of house (picks up after yourself, cleans dishes once youve used them not leaving for someone else to do)
I don’t so much care how you have your room (as sometimes mine has clothes on the floor etc) but I must say that I really want someone who is respectful and mindful of sharing with another.
Someone drama free and no attitude (haha)
Who is willing to go on the lease which is only til August this year.
Obviously Ill have a glass of wine and get to know you as a friend, but no bringing people back constantly at 3am its really just not that kind of place.
I have shared with people from Gumtree in the past and Ive made some truly amazing friends (especially an Irish lass) and I know what kind of caliber rooms/units are out there – this is an amazing place!!!! Everyone who inspects will want to take it up, fresh start to 2014…get in quick before you miss this awesome opportunity in a truly amazing location!!!!
