| Large 3 bedroom home at end of cul de sac, Master Bedroom available Large Dining area attached to lounge area, kitchen has most modern conveniences, no dishwasher yet. House has optus cable TV and Internet, room has both wireless and cabled Internet access. Option of either furnished or unfurnished. Myself and my teenage son live here, the house is empty 99% of the time. Parking is on street, but as we are on cul de sac, no other traffic. Metro bus stop 50 mtrs from house, petrol convenience store 100 mtrs Mentone station 10 Min walk, Mentone Shopping Centre 10 Min walk, Thrift Park Shopping Centre 5 Min walk. Mentone has Coles, Safeway and organic fruit supply, Thrift Park has Safeway, Subway, Pizza and coffee shops. All-round great place to live. Southland is 10 mins away by car or 15 mins by bus. |
