The 12th floor apartment is bright with a great view of the city, open plan kitchen and living area. Within the building complex there is a swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym.
Short walk to Flinders St station, The Tan, St Kilda Road (transport), Crown casino and Clarendon Street/South Melbourne Market, Art centre and much more.
We’re friendly, sociable guys who like food, sport, movies and like to entertain. We are looking for a laid back but responsible and clean person to share our apartment with, both guys and girls are welcome to apply.
