| My name is Edward, I am 25 and work I am starting work in an accounting firm on St Kilda Road in early April and am hoping to find somewhere relatively close to work to live (within 5km)
I am very easy going, tolerant, relaxed, love a bit of banter, a good laugh and a social beer or wine.
I am well trained in all the usual share house etiquettes such as cleaning up after myself, sociable and respectful of others privacy, prompt with bills and rent and I'm not one to have a continuous stream of visitors at all hours. When I am not working I love watching sport, hitting the pub, drinking coffee, cooking, going to see live music and generally not being a hermit.
I don't have many home furnishing but I am happy to contribute to the house if something is needed.
