| Detailed Description |
| I've got an unfurnished bedroom available for rent in a three bedroom house with one bathroom with toilet and one self contained toilet. There is a furnished kitchen, living room and laundry facilities as well as a garage if you happen to own a car. The backyard is enclosed and safe for pets.
The house is already home to two women in their early 20s so they keep a clean house and are in the process of decorating to make it more comfortable. One of the housemates has a puppy with her at the moment. You're welcome to bring your pet if you have one or if you want one you can discuss it with people living there. You're also welcome to contribute any furniture if you wish.
The location of the house is just off the Great Western Highway, 2km away from Pendle Hill station and a 10-15 drive to Parramatta. The closest bus stop is a 10min walk and will take you straight to Parramatta.
Everyone is very sociable and friendly in the house but will be respectful of your privacy. If you don't have your own bed, you can contact me to discuss procuring one. I do ask for 4 weeks bond but happy to accomodate if you can't pay it upfront right away.
