| Perhaps your search for a new home has come to a conclusion.
A bedroom has come up in a 3 Bed 2 Bath terrace in paddington, the current housemate is sadly moving back home to work on the family farm :(
The location is unreal, right near the pubs, cafes of Oxford St and a 3min walk to a major bus stop (into the city or to bondi jnct). While the street itself is nearly only residential traffic so is very quiet.
Its a downstairs bedroom that can come unfurnished but is currently nicely decked out. We split, power, gas and internet 3ways.
You will be sharing with an aussie gent and a fun Italian couple, all 80's babies that work around the city.
Ideally you will have a job, know which end of a broom works, pretty flexible on duration. If your homeless and need a place in a hurry for a few weeks, that can work or longer term is great also. Open to all applicants, so flick me a bit of info and we will organise a visit.
