| You will have a really nice double room with spacious built in robes. The room is unfurnished in an otherwise fully furnished, neat and modern flat with a balcony. The room comes with a secure underground car park accessed by remote control.
This flat is in a great location. It is only 1 block away from the Queen Victoria Markets and there are plenty of cafe and bars nearby. The city is a short walk or quick tram ride away. There is a tram stop on the door step (route 55) and multiple a block away (routes 57, 19 and 59), Flagstaff station only a 7 minute walk and Melbourne Central is a 10 minute walk. The flat is also walking distance to Melbourne Uni, RMIT and RMH etc.
I am a post-grad uni student who enjoys a quiet house but the occasional fun times are enjoyed. In a housemate, I'm looking for a nice, respectful, queer friendly person who is up for the occasional chat and glass of wine.
