| We have a single room available immediately for rent in a large penthouse apartment in Southbank.
This apartment is a two storey roof top penthouse apartment, with 2.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Also has two large lounge rooms, 2 x extra large balconies (shown in photos), 2 x small balconies, fantastic 360 degree views of the city and oceans. Apartment amenities are Unlimited WiFi, Platinum Foxtel, fully furnished apartment (not room) and spa bath. Finally, included in the building is access to a a gym and indoor heated pool.
The room it self is the second biggest room in the apartment with large built in cupboards, double floor to ceiling mirrors and direct views of the city. Room comes with a carspace included in the price, shared bathroom and is not fully furnished. (if carspace is not needed, price can be negotiated)
Existing tenants are 3 x male professionals, full-time workers, generally tidy, respectful and social. Would be great if we can find the same.
The perfect candidate would meet the following criteria:
- Can afford to pay rent monthly at a total of $1434.90 pcm
- Can pay $180 a month in bills
- Have bond money ready
- NO pets
- NO couples
