| Hi all Up for rent is a double bedroom with 2 professional girls in Kew. We are seeking a single, quiet female who is either studying or working full time. Our current 3rd housemate will be leaving us soon and we are looking for someone to move in as of next month (May). The tenant will need to be approved by our landlord, and added to our lease before moving in. Your bond will be $824 which you will pay to our current housemate before moving in, and we will add you to our bond agreement with the tribunal also. This makes it easier, as when we all move out of the property, the tribunal will pay your share of the bond directly back to you. Our lease finishes in February 2015, and if you are interested in moving in, you will need to sign on until then. We have the opportunity every year to sign on for another 12 months, so depending on how we all feel at the time, there will be an opportunity for you to stay on here next year. Rent is paid to our agent on the 1st of every month, and your share will be $824 per month, which goes up and down slightly depending on how many days are in the month. Bills are not included in the price of rent. We divide water, gas and electricity evenly amongst the 3 tenants, and these bills come quarterly. The house is fully furnished, all you will need is furniture for your room. The bedroom for rent will comfortably fit a queen bed, and has a built in wardrobe and heating. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other girl, which also contains a spa bath and cupboard space. Downstairs has heating and cooling, with a large kitchen, lots of cupboard space, floorboards, and a hidden laundry as well as a powder room. We also have an outdoor deck, and paved area which gets lots of sunshine. The garage spaces are both occupied, but there is parking on a quiet street right next to the house, with no permit needed. You will be living with two down to earth 26 year old girls, both from the country originally, who work full time. We love cooking, watching movies, going out for meals, shopping and exercising. We are very quiet and clean, and we are seeking someone with a similar lifestyle to us to occupy the third room. I have lived here for over two years now, and absolutely love the area. Glenferrie road, Burke road, and high street are within walking distance, and the 109 tram stop is right out the front of our house, which will take you to box hill or directly to the CBD down Collins street.
