| Hi all,
This is a 2 bed room spacious apartment, located in the Southbank ONE building at 180 City Road . The rooms are fairly big for the Southbank area and have plenty of inbuilt closet space. The are 2 seperate bathrooms (one shower/laundry and a seperate toilet), a large living/dining room, as well as a massive balcony for entertaining!
The building also has a lap pool and brand new gym as well as an outdoor area with BBQ. We also have 24 hour security and a concierge that will receive and sign for parcles when you are not home - There is also a free carpark if needed.
Although most of the apartment is already furnished there are no furnishings in the available room.
The room is available from Saturday 24 May, rent is $300 per week.
About me - My name is Mitch, I'm a 26 year old professional, love hitting the gym, eating healthy and heading out with friends. I keep the place neat and tidy and respect others privacy / keep the noise down. I'm pretty clean, but not a neat freak. Love to have a chat, and chill..
