| We are a couple looking for a female to houseshare with, someone who is clean and tidy.
Fully furnished room - Bed, cupboard, dressers, tall boy, desk.
Modern bathroom with separate bath and shower.
Plenty of parking.
7 min walk to Rhodes Train station.
Bus stop across the road.
12 min walk to Rhodes Shopping Centre.
25 minutes to the CBD.
Must like dogs (as we have 3 well behaved, trained friendly dogs).
Netflix (similar to Foxtel), Internet, electricty, gas and water included.

Two weeks as bond and rent paid two weeks in advance - looking for someone long term! |
