| Double room available in recently renovated 1920's townhouse in central Ripponlea. One minutes walk to shops, three popular cafes and Ripponlea Station (journey to city less than 15 minutes).
Young professional couple, both working and studying looking to share with someone like-minded and responsible. We are active people; like going to the local gym, climbing, traveling, adventuring. Enjoy a little TV between studying, cooking, movies, and playing Ukulele!
House is a two bedroom dwelling, dining and lounge rooms (gas heating in lounge), shared bathroom, laundry (with washing machine). Small private garden out back. Parking situation: Street parking only (two hour and all day parking depending on side of street). Location is pretty safe given high visiblity area - and quiet being set back from main road.
