| I am a young 69yr old widow who has had the baby of FIVE girls move out down the road. I share with two very cheeky and spoilt Dachshunds (Felix & Zoe) who loves a snuggle in bed every morning. My daughter will be popping in and out during the week to cuddle them and spoil them some more as her new place does not accept pets.
I am looking for a very responsible, respectful, caring, tidy & clean individual who LOVES dogs.
Your room opens up to a balcony which is also accessible to the lounge/living room. Felix & Zoe do their "business" on the balcony which is cleaned daily. Bathroom & toilet is shared. My unit is EXTREMELY clean despite having pets as I am very fussy and big on cleanliness. I have a car space to lease for an added cost if needed. Monthly payments of $380 per week will include electricity & WiFi if requested, Otherwise I am happy to accept $300 per week for a fully furnished room which is across the road from Centennial Park, 10min walk to Westfield Bondi Junction and 8mins walk to train station. An amazing location!
