| Modern 2 bedroom apartment in a 9 year old apartment complex in Baulkham Hills. Features include new carpets and paint, extremely large and spacious lounge/dining area, huge kitchen, 2 bathrooms, morning sunlight into the apartment, new appliances and furniture in living areas including a 55inch Samsung smart TV in the lounge.
Large balcony overlooking the complex's pool and courtyard. Undercover security parking plus extra lockup storage/carspace. Building has electronic security and elevator. (Missing from the pics is a dining table etc that I have still got to get out of storage from out of town and bring back home).
Choice of either bedrooms,
For 220 per week you can choose a very large room, plenty of space to take a queen size bed plus furniture, it has a large built in double wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrored sliding doors. And over looks the apartment complex's pool and courtyard.
Or,
For 250 per week, You could choose the main bedroom, as such, it has it's own private ensuite, and private small balcony also overlooking the complex's pool etc. It has an extremely large built in wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrored sliding doors. (It's the room with the dark grey wall in the pics)
I'm happy to stay in either one just depends how much hanging space for clothes you require and if you prefer your own private bathroom. However, even if you took the room without ensuite, you still pretty much have the main bathroom all to yourself except for occasional visitors. |
