| Hi guys,
My girlfriend (French) and I (US) are current PhD students in Richmond, NSW. We are looking to have a second room in Manly through the next summer, at least. We will spend monday morning to thursday day in Richmond and then the rest in Manly. We are a relaxed and social couple who desperately want to have a room in our favorite spot in OZ. Our preferred move in date is September 1st but we can be a little flexible. If you think we are a match then please let us know. We spend a lot of time in manly (mostly beaching and diving) so we can always be available to meet.
