| We are both clean and tidy, get along well and look forward to meeting another housemate who is clean and tidy, and does not mind having a resident cat in the house - and a dog in the backyard!

- Bathroom with toilet plus additional toilet room
- Very close to trams, buses and also trains
- Close to gym, restaurants and parks
- room is medium sized, not furnished
-Dishwasher
- Rent is $696 per Month plus shared bills.
- Gardening is taken care of by the dog owner as this is only reasonable :)
