| There are two vacant rooms in this house:
- The master bed room ($150 for 1 person, $180 for 2 person)
- The single bed room ($145 for 1 person)
This is a nice house, ideally situated to some pretty cool amenities:
- 1 minutes walk to the Noble Park Aquatic Centre
- 2 minutes walk to the BBQ pit in a park / Community center (with $1 coffee machine)
- 7 minutes walk to the train station
By rail: 10 minutes to Clayton 39 minutes to Central
Rent includes Unlimited internet here (TPG ADSL2+), so streaming videos all day is A-OK. (Having said that, streaming videos all day is bad for your health.)
Utilities will be shared equally.
I'm hoping to fill this house with interesting people, preferably students. Artists, storytellers, philosophers, geeks are welcome!
If you want a quiet place to stay but close to public transport, this is a pretty good choice.
