| Detailed Description |
| We have a very large and spacious room available at the end of this month - it opens with double doors onto a brick layed back yard with outdoor garden and courtyard, BBQ and table and chairs etc. The Room is large being an older house it has high ceilings, also a large OPEN FIRE PLACE!! The two of usare really easy going, ones a professional chef and one works in insurance and we love all types of music and people. A love of good music is preferable haha :) We enjoy a beer or two on the weekends and we get lots of sun in summer. We also deal directly with the easy going owner of the property so no real estate middle man! Bills are split three ways equally and other financials can be discussed further on (internet etc.) We are 30 seconds walk from Chapel street and tram stop #4038. We want to live with someone like minded and easy going. Someone who will be fun and funny but also put in their bit - clean up after themselves and are self sufficient but enjoy social interaction yadda yadda.etc. If this sounds like you and you can dig then holla :) |
