| Hi guys,
We're looking for someone to fill a room in our spacious house situated in Oakliegh East. The house itself is quite new and has an open layout. The room we are offering is a great size with it's own in-built wardrobe.
The house is in a great location, being a 15 minute walk to both Clayton and Oakleigh station and a 10 minute walk to Monash University, so this is a good property for a potential student as well. There is a local bus loop available, as well as a bus which stops directly outside our place, travelling to Oakleigh. It takes roughly 25-30 minutes to travel to the city by train.
The housemates are all friendly, laid back people who are pretty sociable but also like to keep to themselves from time to time.
We are looking for someone that is easy going and pretty sociable. We're all flexible and can get a long with pretty much anyone. If you like the sound of the house, send us a message so we can arrange a time for you to have a look!
