| Hello everybody,
Location: Ashwood, VIC. Walking distance from Holmesglen Station, Woolworths, milk bars, several bus stops, Mcdonald's, KFC, and Dan Murphy's. Two minute drive from the Monash and only 20km from the city.
My housemates and I are currently looking for a 4th person to complete the house.
You would be living with Chris (23), Yusuf (21) & Tiffany (23)!
We are all super laid back and easy to get along with.
Rent is $420/month, paid on the 3rd and must be ready on time every month.
Bills arrive quarterly and are split evenly, unless there is some extreme circumstance.
We have no monthly inspections but keep the place in a clean condition. Communal space is shared by all frequently and we encourage friends to come around and play :)
The room you will be renting is the second largest room in the house. Comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. You'll need to accomodate yourself with a bed.
The room faces the sun in the morning, so it gets good light and warms up nicely.
We are looking for someone who is working, or has a steady source of income and will be responsible and able to pay rent/bills on time every month. We definitely would like someone who enjoys a group atmosphere and will join us when we're all hanging out or having big discussions. We also want someone who is relatively clean, respectful, reliable and most importantly easy to get along with :)
