| Detailed Description |
| I'm looking for a housemate to share a 3 bedroom place in Yarraville. The room available is a spacious master bedroom and it's the only room upstairs – so there is plenty of privacy! It has its own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom and is fully furnished with a bed, desk, two massive bookshelves and drawers. There are also drawers in the walk in robe to put your clothes in. Alternatively some of that stuff can be put in storage if you have your own things. Downstairs is my room, a bathroom/toilet, a nice comfy living area, fully equipped kitchen (with huge walk in pantry), laundry, and a spare room/study. The entire house is air-conditioned and heated. The garage is kind of a mini gym at the moment - with a treadmill and punching bag. There is safe storage space for a bike and car parking in the street. The townhouse is about 10km from the city and 2.4km from Yarraville station. It is also close to Coles/Aldi/Altona gate shopping centre. Rent does not include utilities (including broadband internet) which would be split evenly between us. I am looking for someone who is fairly neat and tidy, clean and nice (obviously). I'm a vet student at Melbourne Uni doing my final year of vet so I need someone who is respectful of my need to study (especially during exams). However, this year is a little lighter on the study and heavier on the practical stuff so I should have more time for some fun. I like my privacy but I also like to chat and hang out! I obviously love animals :) |
