An elegant backyard complements huge living/dining areas served by designer kitchen featuring quality cabinetry and a Miele dish-washer while upstairs, a main suite with north facing balcony conveys modern luxury that's matched by two further bedrooms and a generous central bathroom. Ducted heating and cooling throughout enhance impressive proportions, further distinguished by handsome solid hardwood floorboards. This modern 3 bathroom house has ducted heating and cooling throughout and also has: bath, top quality Bosch gas stove, top quality Siemens washing machine and a dryer.
Out the back has a to-die-for courtyard with outdoor table and chairs surrounded by beautiful flowering magnolia young maple trees and I will be getting a sunlounge soon.
INTERNET: Wireless N (fast/stronger signal) wireless internet available here also (ask me for further info) with unlimited download limit.
TRANSPORT: 10 minutes walk to Bell Train station, 4 minutes walk to the tram stop (Tram 11 goes straight down the most popular nightlife spot in Melbourne: Brunswick St, Fitzroy as well as Collins St city and even Docklands! The safe bike path down St Georges Rd also begins just one street away also which means you can even ride to the city safely.
SHOPPING: 10 mins walk to Preston Markets (for all your cheap fresh food/fruit/meat/seafood needs) /Woolworths/Aldi/Bottleshop/Chemist and some amazing Asian restaurants and walking distance to Thornbury where some amazing bars and cafes reside. 5 minutes walk to 24 hour McDonalds and RSL Club!
PARKING: Street parking usually always available
PICS: Are included with this advertisement but there is now different (better) furniture in my place now. The living room now has: coffee tables, black leather reclining lounge and chairs, big widescreen Samsung TV, microwave, big fridge/freezer etc.
