| The apartment is a double story ' art deco' style townhouse in a block of 4. It is a fantastic central place, high ceilings well furnished, close to transport and all the great cafes of Richmond.
The room is located upstairs, is spacious, with built in wardrobes, big enough for a queen bed, desk and drawers, with large windows overlooking a tree lined street.
There is only one bathroom ( but it's HUGE), with plenty of storage space. The open plan kitchen dining is fabulous for entertaining, and the lounge room has the most comfortable couch ever!!
There is no cooling, but I have some fabulous cooling fans that do the trick. |
