| Lovely 2 bedroom apartment on 5th floor with lifts, generally very quiet despite being so central. The rent is below market rent in the area!
High ceilings, still fairly new and clean, 2 separate bathrooms, large living space and rooms. Things get fixed quickly and no Sydney creepy crawlies!
Secure building has concierge, outdoor BBQ area, gym and pool, and a nice little cafe downstairs.
Location (walk): Between Pyrmont, Glebe, Camperdown, Haymarket and Darling Harbour.
- 5 mins to buses (Harris St)
-15 mins to Central station trains
- 10 mins to Broadway/Glebe
- 20 mins to CBD
- 15 mins to Chinatown
The downside/upside is that the outgoing housemate takes the washing machine, fridge, couch, TV etc with her - so plenty of room for your furniture if you come from an established place.
Me: Professional, 30 year old female, easy going and quite social, but keeps the shared areas clean and tidy. Often not home much for periods of time, generally lead the quiet life!
