I am looking for an awesome housemate to share my house in Windsor.
Centrally located, on the doorstep of Chapel Street with everything you need and so close: Restaurants, Cafes, Gym's, Woolies, Coles, Dan Murphey's, Shops, Parks, Bars and Public Transport all at the end of the street and walking distance.
It is a well appointed Victoria house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
- Fully furnished (apart from your bedroom).
-Modern kitchen with dishwasher, open plan living with kitchen & living combined. Heaps of natural light.
-Bathroom with combined laundry (with dryer).
-There is courtyard with seating and built in BBQ.
-On street parking is available. A parking permit is available at a cost.

- Has built in wardrobes, with heaps of storage.
- A door which opens up to the side area of the house.
- It's light and airy.
- It will fit a double/queen size bed.
- Recently painted.
- It has a active Foxtel outlet.
This price includes:
-Electricity.

-Internet.
-FOXTEL.
-Cleaner (once a week).
-Back to base security system.
I am a young professional in my mid-30s. I travel a lot for work so you will have the house to yourself most of the time during the week. I am mostly home on weekends.
On the weekends I spend time with my partner, my dog, going to gym and being social.
Im looking for a housemate who would also be kind enough to look after my dog (a 9 year old Dalmatian) when I'm away, so you would have to like Dogs, because he is my hairy child. He is well trained and very low maintenance. My partner lives around the corner and will also be a around to walk him, visit and can be a back up anytime. Any questions about the dog care, please drop me a note.
I'm also looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, easy going, fun, happy to have a few drinks, whether it be after work or a weekend! Happy for a male/female non smoker preferred (smoking would need to be done outside) to move in, not fussed.
