| I have a room in my gorgeous flat that Id like to occasionally rent out for a month at a time. At this stage I'm not looking for a permanent flatmate but would consider if you were the right person. Otherwise, the place is ideal if you just need somewhere for a month at a time.
The room is furnished with a queen bed and built in wardrobe. You would be sharing a bathroom with me and there is an internal laundry.
The flat is light, spacious and recently renovated, with a balcony and beach views, in a safe, quiet street, close to public transport and the beach.
I'm sociable and friendly & have lived in the area for quite some time now, but also happy to leave you to your own space when you prefer. |
