| Hi everyone,
I am a 23 year old female. I am a registered Nurse, there am a shift worker so work weird hours and have two jobs thus am not home much. I go away a fair bit of the time so you will quite often have the house to yourself. I also have one large outside dog so would like someone who doesn't mind dogs.
I am looking for a house mate to rent a large single bedroom in my house that I bought almost one year ago. It is a fully renovated 3 bedroom house that is fully furnished. Two bedrooms are fully furnished however if you have your own im happy to move that out to other room. ( you can have the choice of the other two bedrooms)
Although it is fully renovated there is still a few small things I would like to do it. (there is new kitchen and bathroom).
Overall I am easing going, if you are not happy with things (for example price of room or want something done to the house) I am very negotiable within reason. So feel free to discuss with me!!
