Hello,
How is your home hunting going?
Often I hear my flat mate is messy or that all the places I have looked are dirty. I have no space for messy types.
This large home has 9 modern, clean and tidy bedrooms. 2 showers, 3 toilets and a big backyard just 150 meters from neutral bay ferry wharf. 10 minutes walk from Milson's Point train station.
The house is designed just for women with rules in place to make sure that everyone enjoys a clean and quite time.
Finding nice people to live with is not easy sometimes. If you like peace of mind it's good to know you have a manager. Sharing can be frustrating at times. So if you ever have an issue you can email me direct.
I believe if you live in a home you are responsible to clean it yourself. So we have a roster in place and everyone shares the cleaning.
This home is private and will not suit easy going types. You would need to be positive,understanding and respectful towards your house mates.
