| Are you looking to rent with one other girl in a great location? This property is close to Trams 109, 72 with 48 and 16 nearby. A short tram or bus ride to the train stations Glenferrie, Auburn or Camberwell. The unit is close to shopping precincts High Street, Kew, Burke Road, Camberwell and Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn. There are nearby running/bike tracks, ovals, gyms and parks for the fitness gurus, and a short walk to cafes for the coffee and breakfast lovers.
If you would like the room to remain furnished please let me know, if you would like to bring your own stuff and arrange the room best fit, that is fine too.
I'm a clean and tidy person, who likes to retreat to a quiet home after work or study. The house is furnished however we can make room for any additional items you may bring.
If you are a girl who is responsible, works F/T, pays bills on time, clean, respectful, enjoys relaxing with a wine after work, or the occasional catch up on the weekend, we'll be a great match!
