| My name is Natalie I am 24 and I live in a lovely 3 bedroom home with my fiancee who is 25, my younger sister who is 15 and my younger brother who is 16. We have a spare room available in our home and will not require a bond. The house has a modern kitchen and lounge room, an extremely spacious backyard with an entertaining deck and external laundry. We have a single garage that can be used for storage and a spacious driveway that can fit over 3 cars. The bus stop is located literally out the front of our house also.
The house has a split system air conditioning and heating system, and one bathroom in which the toilet is separate.
The room mate we are seeking should be kind, understanding, trustworthy and an animal lover. We do have a puppy and two cats. All of which are completely house trained and very good with people. None of them are vicious, dirty or difficult to be social and have fun with. We are very easygoing and friendly and would love someone to come and fit into our little family dynamic ! |
