| Hey everyone,
Cheers for stopping by, hopefully I can stumble across an awesome flatmate with this site. Feel free to send any questions.
So basically, I own this apartment so you will never have to worry about leases if we get along well. I am moving back in on 16 June 2016 so the room will be available then. I have been travelling Europe and South America for the past few years so that's why I haven't been living there. Check out "Aussieoverseas" on instagram if you want to see what I have been up to.
Regarding the apartment, it is a nice solid building, ground level apartment, wooden floor board, modern kitchen, bathroom is older design but good enough. I think I will update this over the next few months. It is a two bedroom apartment so I will be living in the other room. You have the choice of:
Main Bedroom which is big - $280 p/week or $350 p/week for a couple.
Second Bedroom which is smaller but still able to have a double bed in it etc - $240 p/week or $300 p/week for a couple.
I don't have a car so the undercover car space is all yours. I have a motorbike but there is still plenty of room for a car.
The type of person I am looking to live with, preferably a cool down to earth girl (cool guys also welcome to apply). Someone that enjoys a drink, but isn't a club rat haha. With regards to having people over, honestly, go for gold as long as they are respectful. I am studying a Masters Degree at the moment so one weekend a month I need to do an assignment. But the other three weekends, go for it. Midweek, prefer it a little low key. But still feel free to have respectful people over.
As I have been travelling, I don't own anything. So if you already have everything (TV, Fridges, lounges etc etc) then perfect. Feel free to fit the place out.
Also: I love eating meat, so if you're an opinionated vegan, let's just not waste our time :)
